The location may not be the nicest, but the hotel is situated in a rather quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Despite being a short bus ride away from the town center, it offers easy access to some great night clubs by the Danube river. the rooms are spacious and clean, with a double door compartment that blocks noise from the hallway.
There were a few instances of staff behavior that left me feeling uncomfortable.

I highly appreciate the high level of services and complexity of services.
Too high level of music in the facility in late evening. High loudness (voices) from around the reception in early morning.

Almost all things that a 5 star hotel can offer. Besides big and clean room, comfort beds, very friendly stuff, free parking in front of the hotel and rich breakfast. The price of the rooms for weekends is perfect. I hope they will continue like this. I surelly recomend Zlatnik hotel

The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was an advantage, as it was easily accessible by taxi. The breakfast offered a variety of local specialties and was enjoyable.
The hotel could improve on their restaurant and room service food, as the quality was hit or miss. the Wi-Fi was not as reliable as expected.

The stuff was polite and the breakfast was very good. Rooms were a little small for a 5 stars hotel, but very clean. It is 5 km from center 5-7 euro / taxi.

The hotel provided everything we needed for a weekend getaway. the staff welcomed us warmly and showed us around the facilities. the restaurant had a wide selection of delicious food and the service was top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and how immaculately clean everything was.
The location was a bit out of the way, but we were still able to explore the nearby area and had a good time. the air conditioning in the room took a few minutes to start working, but eventually cooled the room down.

Fancy appearance, nice restaurant.
My check-out spoiled all good impression: 1) By reservation breakfast had to be included in the room charge. Though I was charged by bill for Eur 8.- per day for breakfast. I had no time to negotiate. 2) I was refused in credit-card payment, as well as my friend. I believe that they did not even switched their terminal on - there were no refusal payment recede etc. 3)I had to make a payment in Eur, cash - which was received by some weird rate, as I understand from change received.

The hotel is cosy, nice furniture and good taste as choise; as it was written in the others reviews maybe not a 5 stars hotel, is somewhere between 4 and 5 stars. The parking costs 10E in the underground parking, outside is for free. The food was diverse and good. Overall it was a nice stay to this hotel.

The location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for us, and we loved being near the beautiful church with its peaceful garden. The hotel itself was top-notch, with excellent service from the friendly staff. The room had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We especially enjoyed the comfortable sitting area where we could relax after a long day of exploring. The in-room safe was also a nice touch. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the restaurant and bar/lounge area were great places to unwind. we were extremely impressed with the service and quality of this place.
Highly recommended to others.

Classic old-style five-star hotel with huge rooms, attentive staff who all spoke good English, and the best breakfast menu in the Balkans.
15mins drive from the airport and easy to find, but the surrounding area is pretty rough, not really somewhere to walk out in the day let alone after dark. Also the music from a wedding reception blasted me out of my room, so I had to move to a higher floor.
